维持性血液透析患者疾病不确定感与自我感受负担的相关性分析

目的:探讨维持性血液透析(MHD)患者疾病不确定感与自我感受负担的相关性,为临床护理干预措施的制定提供科学依据。方法:选取2018年11月1日~2019年3月31日门诊行MHD治疗的患者278例,采用一般资料调查表、中文版疾病不确定感量表(MUIS-A)及自我感受负担量表(SPBS)对其进行横断面调查。结果:MHD患者自我感受负担与疾病不确定感总分呈正相关(P<0.01),与不明确性、信息缺乏性、不可预测性维度呈正相关(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:在MHD患者中,疾病不确定感程度越重其自我感受负担水平越高,医护人员应正确评估患者疾病不确定感,给予个性化的干预方案,降低自我感受负担。

Analysis on the Correlation between Disease Uncertainty and Self-perceived Burden in Patients with Maintenance Hemodialysis

Objective:To explore the correlation between disease uncertainty and self-perceived burden in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD)in order to provide scientific basis for the development of clinical nursing intervention measures.Methods:A total of 278 patients receiving MHD treatment in outpatient service from November 1,2018 to March 31,2019 were selected for cross-sectional investigation using general data questionnaire,Chinese version of Mishel Uncertainty in Illness Scale(MUIS-A)and self-perceived burden scale(SPBS).Results:The self-perceived burden of MHD patients was positively correlated with the total score of disease uncertainty(P<0.01),and positively correlated with uncertainty,information deficiency and unpredictability(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with MHD,the degree of disease uncertainty was higher with the higher level of self-perceived burden.Medical staff should correctly assess patients′disease uncertainty,give personalized intervention plan,and reduce the self-perceived burden.
