家属同步健康教育对类风湿关节炎患者的影响

目的:探讨家属同步健康教育对类风湿关节炎患者的影响。方法:将80例类风湿关节炎患者随机分为对照组和研究组各40例,对照组采用常规健康教育模式,研究组在对照组基础上采用家属同步健康教育,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组干预后关节功能恢复情况、自我效能、生活质量优于干预前(P<0.05),研究组干预后关节功能恢复情况、自我效能、生活质量优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组患者干预后服药依从性优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:家属同步健康教育能够明显改善类风湿关节炎患者的功能锻炼效果,增强自我效能,提高患者生活质量及服药依从性。

Effect of Synchronous Family Health Education on Rheumatoid Arthritis Patients

Objective:To explore the effect of family members′synchronous health education on rheumatoid arthritis patients.Methods:A total of 80 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 40 cases each.The control group adopted the conventional health education model,while the study group adopted the synchronous family health education on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After intervention,the recovery of joint function,self-efficacy and quality of life of the two groups were better than before intervention(P<0.05),and the recovery of joint function,self-efficacy and quality of life of the study group were better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The compliance of patients in the study group after intervention was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Synchronous family health education can significantly improve the functional exercise effect of rheumatoid arthritis patients,enhance their self-efficacy,and improve their quality of life and medication compliance.
