| 摘 要： | 目的:调查成年糖尿病患者家庭关怀度和自我管理行为现状,分析其相关性。方法:采用便利抽样方法,对330例成年糖尿病患者采用一般资料调查表、家庭关怀度指数问卷(APGAR)、糖尿病自我管理行为量表(SDSCA)进行问卷调查。结果:成年糖尿病患者APGAR总分为(7.63±2.69)分,SDSCA总分为(46.06±14.18)分,两者呈显著相关性(P<0.05,P<0.01);多元逐步回归结果显示:并发症、家庭关怀度是患者自我管理行为的影响因素。结论:成年糖尿病患者的自我管理行为有待提高,家庭关怀支持可以影响患者的饮食与血糖监测等,建议护理人员重点指导家属对患者的关心支持,进而提高患者的自我管理行为。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the status and correlation of family care and self-management behavior in adult diabetic patients.Methods:A total of 330 adult diabetic patients were investigated by convenient sampling using general data questionnaire,APGAR and SD-SCA.Results:The total APGAR score of adult diabetic patients was(7.63±2.69)and the total SDSCA score was(46.06±14.18),both of which were correlated(P<0.05,P<0.01).Multiple stepwise regression results showed that complications and family care were the influencing factors of patients′self-management behavior.Conclusion:The self-management behavior of adult diabetic patients needs to be improved,and family care and support can affect the diet and blood glucose monitoring of patients,etc.It is suggested that nursing staff should focus on guiding family members′care and support for patients,so as to improve the self-management behavior of patients. |
