衡阳市农村2型糖尿病住院患者自我管理现状及影响因素分析

目的:调查衡阳市农村2型糖尿病住院患者自我管理现状,分析其影响因素。方法:随机抽取2019年4月1日~5月31日在衡阳市三甲医院及二甲医院的农村2型糖尿病住院患者210例作为调查对象,通过发放问卷了解其自我管理现状,并分析其影响因素,最终回收有效问卷190份。结果:190例农村2型糖尿病住院患者的自我管理水平总得分为(61.77±12.34)分,其中各维度得分较好的是用药管理为(76.07±17.49)分,较差的是自我血糖监测管理为(51.67±18.37)分与运动管理为(54.71±20.52)分;自我管理的影响因素主要是人均月收入、是否参加糖尿病相关健康教育、获取糖尿病知识途径(P<0.05)。结论:衡阳市农村2型糖尿病住院患者自我管理水平处于中下水平,应结合自我管理现状及影响因素构建合适的健康教育方式,进行知识普及,提高自我管理水平。

Analysis of Self-management Status and Influencing Factors of Hospitalized Patients with Type 2 Diabetes in Rural Areas of Hengyang

Objective:To investigate the self-management status of rural patients with type 2 diabetes in Hengyang and analyze the influ-encing factors.Methods:A total of 210 rural inpatients with type 2 diabetes from April 1 to May 31,2019 in Grade 3 Class A hospitals and Grade 2 Class A hospitals in Hengyang were randomly selected as the objects of the survey.Questionnaires were issued to understand the status of their self-management,and the influencing factors were analyzed.Finally,190 valid questionnaires were collected.Results:The self-management level of 190 rural inpatients with type 2 diabetes was(61.77±12.34),among which the better score of each dimension was(76.07±17.49)for drug management,and the worse score was(51.67±18.37)for self-glucose monitoring and(54.71±20.52)for exercise management.The main influencing factors of self-management were percapita monthly income,whether or not to participate in diabetes-related health education and access to diabetes knowledge(P<0.05).Conclusion:The self-management level of hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes in rural areas of Hengyang is at the lower level.It is necessary to combine the current situation of self-manage-ment and influencing factors to construct an appropriate health education model to popularize knowledge and improve the level of self-management.
