新冠肺炎疫情下实习护生心理健康状况及影响因素分析

目的:调查新冠肺炎疫情期间实习护生心理健康状况,分析其影响因素。方法:采用一般资料调查问卷、焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)对294名实习护生进行调查。结果:实习护生SAS评分为(39.20±8.32)分,其中8.8%的护生焦虑评分>50分;SDS评分为(43.10±11.36)分,其中26.5%的护生抑郁评分>50分。选择护理专业的原因、身边有疑似或确诊病例、对疫情的防控态度是SAS及SDS评分的重要预测因素。结论:新冠肺炎疫情期间,实习护生存在一定的焦虑和抑郁情绪,尤其是非自愿选择护理专业、有疫情暴露风险和防护能力不足的护生,其焦虑和抑郁更为严重,提示护理管理者应为实习护生提供专业学习帮助、疫情防护知识及择业指导。

Analysis of Mental Health Status and Influencing Factors of Nursing Interns During COVID-19 Outbreak

Objective:To investigate the mental health status of nursing interns during COVID-19 outbreak and analyze its influencing factors.Methods:A total of 294 nursing students were investigated by general data questionnaire,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)and self-rating depression scale(SDS).Results:The SAS scores of nursing interns were(39.20±8.32),and 8.8%of the nursing interns′anxiety scores were above 50.The SDS score was(43.10±11.36),among which 26.5%of the nursing interns were above 50.The reason for choosing nursing major,the presence of suspected or confirmed cases,and the attitude towards epidemic prevention and control were important predictors of SAS and SDS scores.Conclusion:During COVID-19 outbreaks,the interns experienced certain anxiety and depression.Especially,the interns had more severe anxiety and depression with involuntary choice in nursing,risk of exposure to be infected and insufficient protection ability.It prompts that nursing managers should provide professional learning help,epidemic protection knowledge and career guidance for nursing interns.
