护理MDT联合一键式启动急救护理路径在STEMI患者PCI中的应用

目的:探讨护理多学科团队(MDT)联合一键式启动急救护理路径在ST段抬高型心肌梗死(STEMI)患者急诊经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(PCI)中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年3月1日~8月31日急诊行PCI的107例STEMI患者作为对照组,实施常规护理;将2019年3月1日~8月31日急诊行PCI的118例STEMI患者作为观察组,实施护理MDT联合一键式启动急救护理路径管理模式。比较两组首份心电图时间、心电图确诊时间、入院至球囊扩张(D2B)时间、导管室激活时间及住院时间。结果:观察组首份心电图时间、心电图确诊时间、D2B时间、导管室激活时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:护理MDT联合一键式启动急救护理路径以患者为中心,为患者提供了一套系统化、规范化、模式化的救治平台,实现同质化护理,提高护士主观能动性和业务能力,密切科室间联系,优化医疗资源,提高救治效率,利于团队合作共赢,推动多学科发展。

Application of Nursing MDT combined with One-button Initiation of Emergency Care Pathway in STEMI Patients with PCI

Objective:To investigate the effect of nursing multidisciplinary team(MDT)combined with one-button initiation of emergency care pathway in emergency PCI for patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI).Methods:A total of 107 cases of STEMI patients who underwent emergency PCI from March 1,2018 to August 31,2018 were selected as the control group for routine nursing.A total of 118 cases of STEMI patients who underwent PCI from March 1,2019 to August 31,2019 were selected as the observation group to implement the nursing MDT combined with one-button initiation emergency care path management mode.The first ECG time,ECG diagnosis time,D2B time,catheter room activation time and hospitalization days were compared between the two groups.Results:The first ECG time,ECG diagnosis time,D2B time,catheter room activation time and hospitalization days in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The nursing MDT combined with one-button initiation of emergency care pathway taking patients as the center provides patients with a set of systematic and standardized treatment,and patterned platform,realizes the homogeneity of nursing,improves the nurses subjective initiative and ability,strengthens the relationship between departments,optimizes medical resources,and improves the efficiency of treatment,which is conducive to win-win team cooperation promoting the development of multiple disciplines.
