糖化血红蛋白与血脂在老年糖尿病治疗中的应用

目的：探讨糖化血红蛋白与血脂在老年糖尿病治疗中的应用效果。方法老年糖尿病患者120例根据随机抽签原则分为治疗组与对照组各60例，对照组给予格列齐特缓释片进行治疗，治疗组采用二甲双胍结合格列齐特缓释片治疗，治疗周期为1个月。结果对照组血糖达标时间为（24.83±5.34）d，治疗组血糖达标时间为（13.64±4.19）d，组间对比差异明显（P＜0.05）。治疗后治疗组的糖化血红蛋白值明显低于对照组（P＜0.05），治疗组的TG、TC和LDL-C值明显高于对照组，而HDL-C值明显低于对照组，对比差异都有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论糖化血红蛋白与血脂在老年糖尿病治疗中的应用能有效判断疾病状况，而二甲双胍的应用能更加有效改善预后。

Application of glycosylated haemoglobin and blood lipid in the treatment of elderly diabetes

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of glycosylated haemoglobin and blood lipid in the treatment of elderly diabetes.Methods 120 elderly patients with diabetes were randomly allocated to a treatment group and a control group based on a random draw, with 60 in each group. The control group was given gliclazide modified release tablets for the treatment, while the treatment group was given metformin combined with gliclazide modified release tablets. The treatment lasted for 1 month.ResultsRecovering time of blood glucose was （24.83±5.34） days in the control group and （13.64±4.19） days in the treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The value of glycosylated haemoglobin in the treatment group after the treatment was significantly lower than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. The values of TG, TC and LDL-C in the treatment group were all significantly higher than those in the control group, and the value of HDL-C was significantly lower than that in the control group. All the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe application of glycosylated haemoglobin and blood lipid in the treatment of elderly diabetes helps determine the disease conditions effectively, and the application of metformin further helps improve the prognosis.
