临床护理路径在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用价值

目的：探讨临床护理路径在溃疡性结肠炎患者中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的90例溃疡性结肠炎患者，分层抽样均分为两组：对照组45例，给予常规治疗及常规护理；观察组45例，在对照组的基础上再给予饮食、心理及教育等综合护理。观察比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组和对照组的护理总满意率分别为97.8%和84.4%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者平均住院天数分别为（10.60±13.80）d和（13.69±1.26）d，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。两组临床治疗总有效率分别为97.8%和80.0%，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论采用临床护理路径综合治疗溃疡结肠炎患者，能够有效的提高临床疗效，缩短患者的住院时间，值得在临床推广应用。

Application of clinical nursing pathway for patients with ulcerative colitis

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical application of using nursing pathways in patients with ulcerative colitis.Methods90 cases were randomly divided into control group （n=45） and observation group （n=45）, control group accepted the conventional therapy and nursing cares, and observation group accepted the nursing pathway on the base of control group. The clinical efficacy was observed. ResultsThe nursing satisfaction rates of them were 97.8% and 84.4%, which was significantly different （P〈0.05）. The average hospitalization day was still significantly different （P〈0.01）. The total efficiency of two groups were 97.8% and 80%, it was also significantly different （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The method of clinical nursing pathways for ulcerative colitis can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and shorten the hospitalization day, so it is worthy of clinical application.
