持续腰大池引流治疗联合鞘内注射用于颅内感染治疗的重要性研究

目的：探讨持续腰大池引流治疗联合鞘内注射在颅内感染治疗中的临床疗效。方法选取2011年2月～2013年6月我院接收的100例术后颅内感染患者为研究对象，随机分成实验组与对照组，各50例。实验组患者实施持续腰大池引流联合鞘内注射治疗，对照组仅给予持续腰大池引流治疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果实验组患者经治疗后47例（94％）痊愈出院，1例（2％）转院治疗，2例（4％）死亡，治愈率为94.0％，较对照组78.0％有明显提高，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论持续腰大池引流治疗联合鞘内注射用于颅内感染治疗可有效控制和治疗术后颅内感染，治愈率高，有效降低患者的死亡率和致残率，临床疗效显著，且操作简单、安全、有效，患者疼痛较小，是临床治疗神经外科手术术后颅内感染的有效方法之一，值得在临床推广。

Research on the importance of continued lumbar drainage therapy combined with intrathecal injection for the treatment of intracranial infection

ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of continued lumbar drainage therapy combined with intrathecal injection for the treatment of intracranial infection. Methods100 cases of patients treated in our hospital from February 2011 to June 2013 were randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group and the control group, each of 50 cases. Patients in the experimental group were treated with continuous lumbar drainage combined with intrathecal injection therapy and the control group were given continuous lumbar drainage treatment, clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The experimental group patients after treatment 47 cases （94%%） were cured, 1 case （2%） referral for treatment, 2 cases （4%） died, the cure rate was 94.0%%, compared with 78% of the control group had a significantly improvement. The difference of two group was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.ConclusionContinuous lumbar drainage therapy combined with intrathecal injection for the treatment of intracranial infection can effectively control and treat postoperative intracranial infection with high cure rate and reduce mortality and morbidity effectively with significant clinical effect. It＇s an simple safe, effective operation which patients understand less pain and is one of the effective methods of clinical treatment of intracranial neurosurgery infection which is worthy of promotion.
