生物治疗在牙髓损伤修复中的应用研究

摘    要:安全有效的活髓保存治疗方法一直是牙体牙髓病学研究的热点,但现有的治疗方法都存在许多不足。生物治疗近年来发展迅速,其中基因治疗和干细胞治疗能有效促进组织的修复与再生,在牙髓损伤修复中已有不少应用研究,本文就这方面的研究进展作一综述。

Biological therapy for dentin-pulp complex regeneration and repair

Abstract:Safe and effective approaches for dentin-pulp complex regeneration and repair are the focus of scienfist's research around the conservative dentistry. Whereas, all current therapies have limitations. Gene therapy and stem cell-based therapy which are brand-new biological therapies build more favorable situation for tissue regeneration and repair comparing with traditional treatment. This review will summarize current knowledge of gene-and stem cell-based therapies for dentin-pulp complex regeneration and repair.
