78例氟喹诺酮类药物不良反应分析

目的分析氟喹诺酮类药物在临床应用中不良反应发生的一般规律及特点,为合理临床合理用药提供参考。方法对我院2007年1月至2010年3月共78例氟喹诺酮类药物不良反应进行回顾性分析。结果 78例不良反应涉及5种氟喹诺酮类药物,累及人体5个系统,主要发生在皮肤系统和神经系统,女性患者明显多于男性患者,与年龄无关。口服给药不良反应发生率明显低于静脉给药,2次/d给药不良反应发生率低于1次/d给药。结论氟喹诺酮类药物应合理使用,明确其发生不良反应的机制,降低其不良反应发生率。

Analysis of 78 cases of adverse reaction of Fluoroquinolones

Objective Analysis of fluoroquinolones in clinical adverse events in the general rules and characteristics,provide a reference for the rational clinical using.Methods78 cases ADR of fluoroquinolones were analyzed retrospectively in our hospital from Jan 2007 to Mar 2010.Results 78 cases of adverse reactions involving 5 fluoroquinolones,involving the human 5 system,main manifestations of Skin system and the nervous system.The female patient was more than the male patient,had nothing to do with the age.The ADR of oral administration was significantly lower than intravenous administration,twice a day administration is lower than once a day administration.ConclusionFluoroquinolones should be used reasonably,understand the causes of adverse reactions,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
