关于口腔医学专业学位研究生临床能力培养的思考

摘    要:随着研究生的扩招,研究生人数不断增加,培养问题日益突出。临床能力是临床医学专业学位研究生培养的核心,是衡量其质量高低的重要指标。临床能力不是单一的动手能力,它包括掌握和运用基本理论解决实际问题的临床思维能力、操作能力和创新能力。首先要对其进行临床技能的培养,临床科室应创造有利条件,提供充足的临床病例,大量的实践操作,规范临床治疗标准,提高诊疗水平;其次要完善知识结构,提高临床思维能力。科室应配备具备教师素质的临床医师指导研究生从事医疗实践,让学生接触疑难病例,应用新技术,不断提高诊治水平;第三要培养学生横向思维、开拓创新意识,并通过合作学习,发挥人际智能优势,激发学生潜在的能量,获得教学上的不断创新。

Abstract:With the expanded enrolment of graduate students,the number of graduate students has been constantly increasing and the issue of cultivation is becoming a prominent issue.Clinical ability is a core in producing graduate students of clinical medicine program and also an important indicator for assessing the quality.Clinical ability not only means the ability in doing experiments,but also includes clinical thinking ability,operation ability and innovative ability to master and use basis theory to solve actual problems.First,students' clinical skills must be trained,clinical departments should create favorable conditions by providing sufficient clinical cases,operation practices,standardizing clinical treatment criteria and improving the level of diagnosis and treatment.Second,efforts should be made to improve knowledge structure and clinical thinking.The departments should assign qualified clinicians to guide students in medical practice,allow them to get in contact with complicated cases,apply new technology and improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.Last,we should foster students' horizontal way of thinking and inspire their awareness of innovativeness.Besides,through students' collaborative learning we can bring into play the superiority of their interpersonal intelligence,stimulate their potential energy and eventually achieve the constant innovation of teaching.
