铜陵市区婴幼儿体格发育评价

目的 :了解和评价铜陵市城区 1～ 36个月儿童体格发育情况。方法 :对 2 6 5 2名 1～ 36个月儿童 ,按《中国0～ 6岁儿童体格发育调查实施方案》 ,结合“4、2、1”保健体检进行调查检测。结果 :(1)铜陵市城区 3岁以内儿童体格发育接近和达到国内和发达国家水平 ;2 4～ 36个月男童身长及 18～ 36个月男、女童胸围略低于 9市城区标准 ,30～ 36个月女童体重略低于WHO标准 ,但均在正常范围内 ;婴幼儿头胸围交叉时间为 8～ 12个月 ,生长发育的第二个关键期在18～ 36个月。 (2 )婴幼儿生长发育六级评价 ,年龄越小达均值越高 ,随着年龄增长 ,达均值率呈缓慢下降态势。 (3)婴幼儿营养评价 ,中度营养不良儿 (W /A值 )出现于 18个月后 ,2 4个月患病率为最高 ;婴幼儿肥胖主要出现在出生后头 6个月 ,且主要为轻度肥胖 ,之后缓慢下降。 (4)婴幼儿体形以匀称型为主。结论 :铜陵市城区 3岁以内儿童体格发育状况良好 ,符合儿童生长发育的一般规律。但应重视 4～ 6月后辅食的添加 ,改变不合理的膳食结构 ,加强婴幼儿生长发育的第二个关键期的保健工作 ,进一步提高儿童生长发育水平

The evaluation on the physical development of infants in urban district of Tongling city

Objective:To fine out and evaluate the physical development of 1～36 months′ children in urban district of Tongling City.Methods:2652 children within 1～36 months were investigated and examined.Results:1.Physical development approaches or reaches domestic and developed country's level in children below 3 years old;The height of 24～36 months male children is not up to the urban district standard in 9 cities,neither is the chest circumference of 18～36 months children;The weight of 30～36 months famale children is slightly below WHO standard,but within normal level;cross time of head circumference and chest circumference is 8～12 months;The second crotical stage is within 18～36 months.2.According to six grade on physical development,the smaller is the age,the higher is the grade.3.Medium malnutriction appear above 18 months children,the highest morbidity of it is at 24 months;Abesity appear within 1～6 months.4.The body type is mainly propertinal in 1～3 years old.Conclusion:Physical development is good in 1～36 months children in urban district of Tongling City,and according with the normal growth law of children.
