黄帚橐吾挥发油化学成分的研究

摘    要:目的:通过研究分析黄帚橐吾挥发油的成分,为黄帚橐吾的开发利用提供实验依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取黄帚橐吾挥发油,用GC毛细管柱进行分析,归一化法测其相对含量,并用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行鉴定。结果:共鉴定出41个化合物,鉴定出的化合物占总挥发油的72.73%。结论:黄帚橐吾挥发油的主要成分为4-甲基-1-(1-甲基乙基)-3-环己烯-1-醇(相对百分含量14.369%),丁烯酸,2,2-二甲基丁酸,1-甲基-3-(1-甲基乙基)-苯,(1s-内)-1,7,7-三甲基双环2,2,1]庚烷-2-乙酯,trans-1-甲基-4-(1-甲基乙基)-2-环己烯-1-醇,α-杜松醇,α,α,4-三甲基-3-环己烯-1-醇。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To provide the foundation for reasonable utilization by analyzing the essential oils of Ligularia virgaurea. METHOD: The essential oils were extracted by using steam distillation and separated with GC capillary columns. The components were quantitatively determined with normalization method, and were identified with GC-MS. RESULT: 41 components were identified, which took up 72.73% of the essential oils. CONCLUSION: The main components of essential oils were 4-methyl-1-(1-methylethyl)-3-cyclohexen-1-ol(14.369%), crotonic acid, 2,2-dimethyl-butanoic acid, 1-methyl-3-(1-methylethyl)-benzene, (1s-endo)-1,7,7-trimethyl-bicyclo2,2,1]heptan-2-ol, trans-1-methyl-4-(1-methylethyl)-2-cyclohexen-1-ol, alpha-cadinol and alpha,alpha,4-trimethyl-3-cyclohexene-1-methanol.
