油罐焊割爆炸烧伤的特点及临床救治

目的:探讨油罐爆炸烧伤的临床特点和救治方法.方法:对1998年6月至2005年12月本院收治的42例因油罐焊割致爆炸烧伤患者进行回顾性统计分析.结果:患者男性中占大多数(37/42),烧伤程度轻重不一,烧伤复合伤发病率高,其中以吸入性损伤、软组织损伤、颅脑损伤居前.共治愈37例,治愈率(37/42)88.1%,好转3例,死亡2例.结论:油罐焊割导致油罐爆炸引起的烧伤患者多合并烧伤复合伤.重视院前急救,及时准确诊断,是提高治愈率的关键.重视安全生产是避免事故发生的根本措施.

Clinical Features and Rescue of Explosion Burns from Oil Tank Welding and Cutting

Objective:To investigate clinical features and rescue strategy of burns caused by oil tank explosion.Methods: 42 patients,treated in our hospital between June 1998 and December 2005,with explosion burns caused by oil tank welding and cutting were reviewed.Results: majority of the patients were males(37 of 42,88.1%),presenting with varied degrees of burns and high rate of combined injuries,in particular,such as inhalation injury,soft tissue injury and cranial injury.Of all cases,37 patients recovered(88.1%),3 were improved and 2 died.Conclusion: Patients with burns from oil tank explosion are more likely to have combined injuries.First aids before admission and timely proper diagnosis seems to be critical for cure rate.Emphasis on operation safety are key measures to avert such disasters.
