非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎的诊治经验

目的总结非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎的诊治经验，提高治疗效果。方法回顾性分析1995年1月至2005年12月收治的36例非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎患者的术前病情评估、治疗和术后随访资料。结果36例非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎患者，其中真菌球型25例均在鼻内镜下手术治疗，变态反应型11例，鼻内镜下彻底清除病灶，并I；3服给予强的松，鼻腔内局部皮质类固醇激素。随访2～6年，36例在随访期内未见复发。结论非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎分为两个亚型，即真菌球型、变态反应型。鼻内镜手术治疗为非侵袭型真菌性鼻窦炎首选治疗措施，其中变态反应型应综合治疗。

Experience of diagnosis and treatment for non-invasive nasal sinus mycoses

Objective To review the experience of diagnosis and treatment of the non-invasive nasal si-nus mycoses.Method Medical history of 36 cases who were diagnosed as non-invasive nasal sinus mycoses were analyzed about the estimation before surgery,during the treatment and the follow-up after surgery between January 1995 and December 2005.Result Among 36 patients with non-invasive nasal sinus mycoses,the 25 cases of fungal ball were treated with endoscopic surgery.The 11 cases of allergic fungal sinusitis were treated with endoscopic surgery,after the surgery,they were treated with glucocorticoid.The period of follow-up was 2-6 years.36 cases had no recurrence during the follow-up period.Conclusion The non-invasive nasal sinus mycoses include fungal ball and allergic fungal sinusitis.Endoscopic surgery is the first choice for the non-invasive nasal sinus mycoses.And besides it allergic fungal sinusitis should be treated with other treatment.
