摘    要:目的:研究PEG对DM生AS家兔血管内皮功能的保护作用。方法:实验动物分为DM性AS模型对照组、PGE1组和PGE2组3组,采用PGE1和大剂量PGE2静脉给药,3个月后测定血浆NO、NOS、ET、PGI2、TXA2、t-PA、PAI水平。结果:实验结束后,PGE1组和PGE2组血浆NO、NOS、PGI1、t-PA均高于模型对照组,而血浆ET、TXA2及PAI均低于模型对照组。并且PGEG2作用强于PGE1。结论:PGE1和大剂量PGE2可增强DM性AS家兔内皮依赖性舒张功能和纤溶功能,抑制血栓形成,从而保护血管内皮功能,抑制DM性AS的发生发展。

Abstract:To investigate the protective effects of PGE on vascula r endothelial function in diabetic atherosclerotic rabbits,as well as reveal the possible mechanisms,and provide an abstract evidence for diabetic macrovascular complication's prevention and tre atment.Methods:After building diabetic atherosclerotic models,PGE1 and PGE2 were given to diabetic rabbits for twenty days,then plasma NO,NOS,ET,PCI2,TXA2,t_PA and PAI levels were measured.Results:The plasma NO,NOS,PCI2 t_PA levels as well as the ratio of PGE2/TXA2 in PGE1 groups and PGE2 groups were all higher than th ose in controls,but the plasma ET,TXA2,and PAI levels in PGE1 groups and PGE2 gr oups were lower,and the effects of PGE2 were larger than PGE1 Moreover,there was a negative correlation between PGI2 and TXA 2.Conclusion:PGE1 and large dose PG E2 can protect vascular endothelial function by reducing endothelial dependent v asodilation dysfunction and thrombosis,elevating fibrolysis function,so that the y can play an important role in preventing or delaying the development of diabet ic atherosclerosis.
