对海峡两岸两所医院护理人员组织承诺相关因素的调查

目的探讨海峡两岸护理人员组织承诺的相关因素,为指导护理管理提供依据。方法采用问卷调查法调查不同年龄、学历、职务、工作年限、科室护理人员对组织奉献心力的程度和对组织认同度。结果台湾护理人员对组织奉献心力的程度高于内地护理人员,内地护理人员对组织认同程度高于台湾护理人员;不同年龄、学历、职务、工作年限、护理人员对组织奉献心力的程度和对组织认同度不同。结论内地与台湾护理人员组织承诺情况存在差异,应实施针对性管理措施,不断提升海峡两岸护理人员对组织的奉献程度和认同度。

Study on the related factors of nurses' organizational commitment of two hospitals in the mainland and Taiwan in China

Objective To investigate the related factors of nurses' organizational commitment in the mainland and Taiwan in China,and provide basis for nursing management.Methods The method of questionnaire survey was used to investigate the degree of dedication and identification with the organization among nurses with different ages,educational levels,professional titles,working years and depart- ments.Results The nurses in Taiwan showed higher level of dedication to the organization than those in the mainland,while the nurses in the mainland showed higher level of identification with the organization.There were significant differences among the nurses with dif- ferent ages,educational levels,professional titles and working years.Conclusions There were some differences in the nurses' organi- zational commitment between the mainland and Taiwan.It is suggested to provide corresponding management measures to enhance the nurses' degree of dedication and identification with the organization.
