气功所致以幻觉妄想为主要症状的精神障碍

研究目的探讨气功所致以幻觉妄想为主要症状的精神障碍的临床症状及与精神分裂症的异同。研究背景随着气功热的兴起,气功所致的精神障碍也越来越多,有必要对其进行临床总结。研究方法对1988～1992年在我院住院的气功所致的精神障碍37例患者中以幻觉妄想为主要症状是的精神障碍者24例进行回顾性临床总结。研究结果 24例中根据精神症状分类:类分裂样精神障碍13例,患者的精神症状与精神分裂症症状相似,类癔症样精神障碍11例。患者对抗精神病药反应比精神分裂症好。研究结论气功所致的精神障碍与精神分裂症有差异,支持其为一疾病单元。

Mental disorder with hallusination and dellusion as major symptoms by Chinese deep breathing exercises

Background In pace with intense popular in—terest in Chinese deep breathing exercises,themental disorders was seen more and more.Wepaid attention to the symptoms of mental disor—ders by Chinese deep breathing exercises was dis—tinct from the symptoms of schisoprenia. Method Form l 988 to l 992,there were 37patients with mental disorder after Chinese deepbreathing exercises in our hospital.Among them,24 patients with pronunced hallcination and delu—sion were i nvestigated by nqeans of rel rospect livestudy. Results According to tile symptoms,24 pa·tients wi Ch mental disorder by Chinese deepbreathing exel‘cises was classified into tWO ca re-gories: (1)1 3 patients were schizophreniformpsychosis—like,and their symptoms were similarto the schisophrenia;(2)1 1 patients were hyste—ria—like mental disorder The palients with mentaldisorder by Chinese deep breathing exercises hadbetter response to antipychotics than patients withschizophrenea.Conclusion The mental disorders afterChinese deep breathing exercises is a special typeof psychotic.
