| 摘 要： | 目的探讨腹腔镜下治疗急性胆囊炎的疗效及安全性。方法对130例急性胆囊炎,术前充分准备后行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(LC),观察急性胆囊炎行LC的疗效和术后恢复过程。结果130例患者中结石性胆囊炎患者111例,非结石性胆囊炎者19例,其中125例行LC,中转开腹胆囊切除术5例,LC手术切除率为96.2%,术后并发症发生率为3.8%。结论胆囊炎急性期不应成为LC的禁忌证,胆囊炎急性期行LC是安全可行的。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the curative effect and safety of laparoscopy for treating acute cholecystistis.Methods The clinical data of 130 patients with acute cholecystitis in our unit in the last year were reviewed.Results The resection rate was 96.2%,the incidence of postoperative complications was 3.8%.Conclusion Acute cholecystitis should not be the contraindication of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Laparoscopic cholecystectomy is feasible in acute cholecystitis. |
