| 摘 要： | 目的:观察5,7-二甲氧基白杨素(dMChR)对体外培养宫颈癌HeLa细胞增殖和凋亡的影响。方法:检测5,7-二甲氧基白杨素对HeLa细胞增殖活性的影响采用MTT法;观察HeLa细胞凋亡形态运用丫啶橙/溴化乙啶(AO/EB)荧光双染色法;检测HeLa细胞凋亡率采用流式细胞术。结果:5,7-二甲氧基白杨素对HeLa细胞增殖具有抑制作用,呈剂量依赖性;5,7-二甲氧基白杨素能有效地诱导HeLa细胞凋亡,呈剂量依赖性。结论:5,7-二甲氧基白杨素具有抑制人宫颈癌HeLa细胞增殖和诱导细胞凋亡作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of 5,7-dimethorychysin on cell proliferation and cell apoptosis of cervical cancer Hela cells in vitro.Methods The inhibitory effect of 5,7-dimethorychysin on proliferation of Hela cells was detected by MTT assay;Cell apoptosis morphologic changes of Hela cells were observed by AO/EB double fluorescence stain;The apoptosis rate of Hela cells was determined by flow cytometry of PI staining.Results 5,7-dimethorychysin at different concentration inhibited the proliferation of Hela cells and induced the apoptosis of Hela cells in a dose-dependent manner.Conclusion 5,7-dimethorychysin can significantly inhibit the proliferation of Hela cells and induce the apoptosis of Hela cells cultured in vitro. |
