冰黄肤乐软膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗寻常型银屑病的临床研究

目的 探讨冰黄肤乐软膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法 选取2021年8月—2023年8月在太原市中心医院治疗的88例寻常型银屑病患者，按照计算机随机排列法将所有患者分为对照组（44例）和治疗组（44例）。对照组外用卡泊三醇软膏，每日早晚各1次。治疗组在对照组基础上外用冰黄肤乐软膏，3次/d。两组患者的治疗疗程为8周。比较两组的临床疗效、症状缓解时间、皮损状态、皮肤情况和T淋巴细胞。结果 治疗后，治疗组的总有效率为93.18%，明显高于对照组的总有效率77.27%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。治疗后，治疗组瘙痒、皮损、红斑丘疹缓解时间明显比对照组短（P<0.05）。治疗后，两组的银屑病面积与严重性指数（PASI）评分、真皮浅层血管数量、棘层厚度、Th1、Th1/Th2比治疗前小，辅助性T细胞（Th）2比治疗前大（P<0.05），治疗组皮损状态、皮肤情况和T淋巴细胞优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 冰黄肤乐软膏联合卡泊三醇软膏可提高寻常型银屑病的治疗效果，缓解临床症状，改善皮肤状态，调节Th1/Th2平衡。

Clinical study on Binghuang Fule Ointment combined with Calcipotriol Ointment in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Binghuang Fule Ointment combined with Calcipotriol Ointment in treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods Patients (88 cases) with psoriasis vulgaris in Taiyuan Central Hospital from August 2021 to August 2023 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the computer random arrangement method, and each group had 44 cases. Patients in the control group was given topical Calcipotriol Ointment, once in the morning and once in the evening every day. Patients in the treatment group were topical application of Binghuang Fule Ointment on the basis of the control group, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacies, the symptom relief time, skin condition, skin condition, and T lymphocytes in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.18%, significantly higher than 77.27% of the control group of, with a statistically significant difference (P < 0.05). After treatment, the relief time for itching, skin lesions, and erythema and papules in the treatment group was significantly shorter than those in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the PASI scores, the number of superficial dermal blood vessels, the thickness of the spinous layer, and the Th1 and Th1/Th2 levels of two groups were smaller than those before treatment, while the Th2 levels in two groups were higher than those before treatment (P < 0.05). And after treatment,the skin condition, skin condition, and T lymphocytes of the treatment group were better than those of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion The combination of Binghuang Fule Ointment and Calcipotriol Ointment can improve the therapeutic effect of psoriasis vulgaris, alleviate clinical symptoms, improve skin condition, and regulate Th1/Th2 balance
