护理干预应用于肝硬化腹水病人的临床观察

目的]探讨护理干预对肝硬化腹水住院病人的影响.方法]选择住院的肝硬化腹水病人51例为实验组,与前1年同期住院的43例病人进行对比,两组均采用常规治疗和护理,实验组给予护理干预.结果]两组病人在住院时间、并发症方面存在显著差异.结论]护理干预可提高住院肝硬化腹水病人的治疗效果,预防和减少并发症的发生.

Clinical observation on nursing intervention applied for hepatic cirrhosis patients complicated with ascites

Objective:To probe into the influence of nursing intervention on hospitalized hepatic cirrhosis patients complicated with ascites.Methods:A total of 51 hepatic cirrhosis inpatients complicated with ascites were selected as the test group and were compared with 43 cases of hepatic cirrhosis hospitalized in the same period of last year.Routine treatment and care were provided for both two groups cases.And nursing intervention was given to test group cases.Results:In terms of hospitalization time,complications,there were significant differences between the two groups cases.Conclusion:Nursing intervention can promote the curative effect for hospitalized hepatic cirrhosis patients complicated with ascites,prevent and reduce complications for them.
