肝尾状叶的应用解剖研究

在４２例成人肝脏标本上，研究了肝尾状叶的形态、动脉分布、静脉和肝管的引流途径以及门和蒂。尾状叶间跨于肝左、右叶之间，是相对独立的部分，常有三个突起即尾状突、乳头突和下腔静脉后突，且变异较大。尾状叶有两个恒定的蒂，其结构排列由浅入深分别是门静脉支，肝动脉支和肝管。尾状叶静脉有２￣５支，其中以３支居多，主要汇入肝后下腔静脉中、下１／３段的左前壁。临床上３例尾状叶肿瘤安全切除。结合解剖学的研究和手术体会

The study of appiled anatomy of the caudate lobe of liver

On 42 adult livers the caudate lobe of the liver was studied. The vascular and biliary channels, the pedicle and hilum of caudate lobe were observed. The caudate lobe was an independent part stradding the right and left lobe of the liver and was characterized by the papillary process, caudate process amd retrocaval process, which was variable. Our study confirmed that there were 2 constant pedicles of caudate lobe in which the structures were portal branch superficially, arterial branch, biliary drainage deeply. The number of veins of caudate lobe was very variable (2 to 5). It emptied mainly into the antero-left side of the middle and lewer third of the retrohepatic inferior vena cava. Based on anatomic knowledge and clinic operation, the problem of excision of caudaete lobe of the liver was discussed.
