高钠血症对重度颅脑损伤患者的影响

目的　探讨高钠血症对重度颅脑损伤患者的影响。方法　回顾分析 4 2例重度颅脑损伤患者的临床资料。结果　并发高钠血症的重度颅脑损伤患者的病死率为 6 1.9% ,高钠血症全部出现于伤后 1周内 ,发生于伤后 2 4小时内者 12例 ,死亡 8例。伤后 2 4小时内出现高钠血症主要为原发性下丘脑损伤所致 ,2 4小时后出现者也与使用脱水药有关。结论　高钠血症为重度颅脑损伤的严重并发症 ,对患者影响极大 ,病死率很高 ,应重视并预防。

Effect of hypernatremia on severe head injury patients

Objective To investigate the effect of hypernatremia on severe head injury patients.Methods Clinical data of 42 cases of severe head injury were retrospectively analyzed.Results The fatality rate of severe head injury patients complicated with hypernatremia was 61.9%,which occurred within one week following injury.Hypernatremia occurred in 12 cases and 8 cases died within 24 hours after injury.The occurrence of hypernatremia within 24 hours after injury was mainly induced by primary hypothalamus injury which was also related to the use of dehydrant.Conclusion Hypernatremia is the serious complication of severe head injury,which has great influence on the patients,with higher mortality rate,so more attention and careful prevention are needed.
