| 摘 要： | 目的了解高原汽车驾驶员腰痛的患病情况、流行特征。方法通过问卷方式调查高原汽车驾驶员腰痛的流行病学特征。结果(1)高原汽车驾驶员腰痛的患病率为86.1%,明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。(2)高原缺氧反应、吸烟、长途驾驶均与腰痛有关。结论本组平均年龄小而腰痛患病率高与高原恶劣的工作环境和劳动强度过大等因素有关。腰痛是与职业相关的亚临床症候群。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the prevalence of low back pain and epidemiological chara cteristics in truck driver in plateau.Methods The self-reported low back symptom w as investigated by questionnaire in groups of 1132male(average 24.92year old)drivers.The data of incidence of low back pain,the epidemiological characteristics and the risk factors analyzed by s tatistical method.Result(1)The prevalence of low back pain of driver in plateau was 86.1%that more than co ntrol groups(P<0.01).(2)Highland-hypoxia,smoking and long-distance driving were risk fac tors that increased the rate of low back pain of driver in plateau.Conclusion We recognize that the bad environment condition,working too tied and so on were contributed to high incidence of low back pain of the drivers in plateau.The low b ack pain of driver is a sub-clinical symp tom. |
