切开挂线对口引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘60例

目的探讨高位挂线对口引流术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效。方法将90例高位复杂性肛瘘患者分为对照组与治疗组，对照组30例，采用低位切开高位挂线术；治疗组60例，采用高位挂线对口引流术。结果两组总有效率比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）；两组患者在创面愈合时间及术后并发症方面比较，治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05，P〈0.01）。结论高位挂线对口引流术能明显缩短疗程，降低术后并发症的发生率。

60 Cases of High Complex Anal Fistula Treated by Incision and Thread-drawing Drainage

Objective To discuss the therapeutic effect of high thread- drawing drainage on high complex anal fistula. Methods 90 cases of high complex anal fistula were divided into control group and treatment group. In control group （30 cases） ,low incision and high thread-drawing therapy was adopted. In treatment group（60 cases） ,high thread - drawing drainage was applied. Results There was no significant difference in total effective rate in comparison of two groups （P〉0.05）. Concerning to wound healing time and postoperative complications, the results in treatment group were superior to those in control group（P 〈0. 05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion High thread - drawing shortens the duration of treatment and decreases the in- cidence rate of postoperative complications apparently.
