| 摘 要： | [目的 ]探讨综合医院抑郁症患者的躯体症状特点 .[方法 ]对 60例符合中国精神疾病分类与诊断标准中的抑郁症诊断标准 ,且汉密顿抑郁量表评分大于 17分者进行临床分析 .[结果 ]在 60例患者中 48例的主诉为躯体不适和睡眠障碍 ,而不是抑郁症状 .[结论 ]综合医院抑郁症患者常以躯体化症状为主诉

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE?To study the characteristics of s omatic symptoms of depressive patients in general hospital.?METHODS?60 patients with depression were tested with HAMD.?RESULTS?Of 60 cases of depression, the first chief complaints in 48 cases were as somatic unwell and sleep disorders, no depressive symptom. ?CONC LUSI ON?The characteristics of depressive patients are presented as somatic complaints in general hospital. |
