小剂量舒利迭联合罗红霉素治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效

目的观察小剂量舒利迭联合罗红霉素治疗支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法将符合诊断标准的98例患者分为观察组（n=49）和对照组（n=49）。对照组应用综合疗法和吸入小剂量舒利迭（丙醢氟替卡松／沙美特罗干粉剂TM50μg／100μg）。观察组在此基础上加用罗红霉素（5mg/（kg·d））。结果两组总有效率比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。治疗前后两组PEF和FEV1比较有显著变化（P〈0．05）。治疗后两虹间肆功能吼及PEF值比较存在显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论采用罗缸霉素配合小剂量舒利迭治疗支气管哮喘的疗效确切．在控制哮喘症状、改善肺功能方面优于单独使用小剂量吸入舒利迭的效果。

Effect of low dose seretide with roxithromycin in the treatment of bronchial asthma

OBJECTIVE To investigate low dose Seretide with Roxithromycin treatment of bronchial asthma patients, METHODS Patients which meet the standards were randomly assigned to the observation group（n = 49） and the control group（n=49）. The control group received conventional therapy and low dose Seretide（flutica- sone/salmeterolxinafoate TM50μg/100μg） ;observation group on this basis was given oral roxithromycin（5mg/ （kg·d）） .RESULTS The efficient rate has significant difference between the observation group and the control group （P〈 0.05）. Meanwhile the value of FEV1 and PEF between the two groups was significant difference （P 〈0.05） .CONCLUSION Low dose of Seretide with Roxithromycin in the treatment of bronchial asthma is effective. It is better than inhaled low dose of Seretide alonely on the aspect of improving lung function and controlling the symptom of asthma.
