| 摘 要： | 目的评估注射用七叶皂苷钠治疗突发性聋伴主观性耳鸣的临床应用价值。方法选取2010年8月至2011年10月在我科治疗的伴主观性耳鸣的突发性聋患者(听力曲线为上升型)79例,分为七叶皂苷钠组(37例)和银杏叶提取物组(42例),从耳鸣疗效、听力疗效及综合疗效3方面评价。结果 七叶皂苷钠组耳鸣改善有效率(95%),听力改善有效率(89%),综合有效率(87%),高于银杏叶提取物组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论七叶皂苷钠治疗突聋伴主观性耳鸣患者疗效优于银杏叶提取物。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical application value of the injection of sodium aescinate in treatment of sudden deafness associated with subjective tinnitus. Methods Between August 2010 and October 2011, 79 patients with sudden deafness associated with subject tinnitus were randomly divided into sodium aescinate (n=37) and ginkgo biloba extract (GBE) (n=42) groups. The patients were then evaluated in tinnitus, hearing and total efficacies. Results In sodium aescinate group, the effective rate of tinnitus improvement was found 95%, of hearing improvement 89% and of total improvement 87%, which was higher than that in GBE group (P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of sodium aescinate was better than GBE in treatment of patients with sudden deafness associated with sub jective tinnitus. |
