原发性肝癌行肝动脉化学栓塞疗法治疗护理

目的总结原发性肝癌患者行肝动脉化学栓塞疗法(TACE)治疗过程中术前术后的专业性护理方法与经验。方法对2009年3月-2010年7月收治的78例行TACE治疗的肝癌患者术前予以心理护理,术后严密观察,并对少数患者发生的疼痛、胃肠道反应和感染等症状及时进行对症处理和护理干预。结果 78例患者均顺利完成手术,安全渡过药物反应期,术后一般状况均得到改善,好转出院。结论专业性护理对减少TACE术后并发症,提高手术成功率,实现可重复性治疗,获得临床满意疗效有重要作用。

Nursing Experiences on Treatment of Transhepatic Arterial Chemoembolization for Primary Liver Carcinoma

Objective To investigate professional nursing methods and experiences in preoperative and postoperative period of transhepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE) for primary liver carcinoma.Methods From March 2009 to July 2010,78 patients with liver carcinoma who planed to be treated with TACE received preoperative psychological nursing,and postoperative careful observation.A small number of patients with pain,gastrointestinal discomfort and infection accepted symptom relief interventions and nursing interventions in time.Results TACE operations for 78 patients were successfully performed without severe drug reaction,and patients were discharged after their general conditions improved.Conclusion Professional nursing plays a key role in reducing the occurrence of postoperative complications of TACE,improving the success probability of operation,being feasible to perform repeated interventions,and obtaining a satisfactory clinical effect.
