血液科护士化学疗法防护现状调查分析

目的了解血液科护士在对患者抗肿瘤药物治疗护理过程中的防护现状。方法 2009年12月-2010年3月对血液科一、二病区和骨髓移植层流病房的护理人员,采用便利抽样方式进行问卷调查。结果血液科化学疗法防护现状与国际水平有差距,护理人员虽有一定的防护意识,但仍较薄弱。结论加强护理人员化学治疗药物毒性及防护知识的教育,提高防范意识,并制定严格的防护措施及管理制度是确保护理人员职业安全的根本与途径。

Investigation on the Current Protection Situation for Hematology Department Nurses against Antitumor Drugs Exposure during Chemotherapy

Objective To understand the current protection situation for hematology department nurses against antitumor drugs exposure when they are performing chemotherapy for tumor patients.Methods Questionnaire survey and convenience sampling were performed among the nurses from December 2009 to March 2010 in wards number 1,number 2 and bone marrow transplantation section of the Hematology Department of West China Hospital.Results All the nurses investigated were trying to protect themselves from the possible injury induced by exposing to antitumor drugs,but they were not doing well enough when compared with the nurses in developed countries.Conclusions It is necessary to popularize the knowledge among the nurses in hematology department about the side effects and the toxicity of antitumor drugs and to teach the nurses how to protect themselves from chemotherapy drug injury when they are exposed to these drugs.Besides,it is also very important for hospital managers to make strict safeguard procedures and provide optimal equipments to guarantee the safety of nurses when they are exposed to antitumor drugs.
