高血压病患者洛汀新治疗前后血浆C反应蛋白浓度的变化

目的：探讨高血压病患者血浆CRP浓度水平及洛汀新降压前后的变化。方法：分别测定高血压病组和正常对照组CRP的浓度水平,洛汀新口服12周后两组的血浆CRP浓度变化。结果：高血压患者组血浆CRP浓度水平与正常对照组比较有显著差异,高血压3级与高血压2级血浆CRP浓度水平有显著差异,与1级无显著差异,洛汀新在控制血压同时,亦降低血浆CRP浓度水平。结论：洛汀新在控制血压,同时能降低血浆CRP浓度。

Plasma C-reactive Protein Concentration in Hypertensive Resear the Patients before and after Treated with Lotensin
