睡眠呼吸暂停综合征与高血压的关系探讨

目的　探讨睡眠呼吸暂停综合征 (SAS)与高血压之间的关系及其形成机制。方法　比较 5 2例经多导睡眠呼吸监测确诊的SAS患者和 36例对照者的血压 ,并将SAS患者的收缩压 (SBP)、舒张压 (DBP)与各睡眠呼吸参数进行相关分析。结果　SAS组血压明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 1) ;SBP、DBP与呼吸暂停低通气指数 (AHI)、每小时血氧饱和度下降 4 %以上的次数 (ODI4% )、每小时血氧饱和度下降 8%以上的次数 (ODI8% )呈正相关 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,与最低血氧饱和度 (SaO2 -min)呈负相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　SAS与高血压密切相关 ,缺氧是SAS形成高血压的重要机制。

The Relationship between Sleep Apnea Syndrome and Hypertension

Objective To study the relationship between sleep apnea syndrome(SAS)and hypertension,and explore the mechanism of the increasing blood pressure.Metheod The blood pressure values of the 52 SAS patients diagnosed by polysomnography were compared with that in the control group of 36 persons.The correlations were analyzed between systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and apnea/hypopnea index(AHI),oxygen descent index(ODI),Lowest arterial oxygen saturation(SaO 2-min ).Result The blood pressure in the SAS group was notably higher than that in the control.There were positive relations between blood pressure and AHI?ODI and negative relation between blood pressure and SaO 2-min .Conclusion There is a significant correlation between SAS and hypertension and the severity of the oxygen desaturation could be an important mechanism in development of hypertension caused by SAS.
