可疑冠心病患者不接受冠状动脉介入手术原因调查与分析

目的了解可疑冠心病患者对冠状动脉介入手术相关内容的认知情况及不接受手术的原因。方法采用自设问卷调查表,对69例可疑冠心病患者进行了不接受冠状动脉介入手术原因的问卷调查,并对结果进行分析。结果 59.42%的可疑冠心病患者在此次入院前未得到过冠状动脉介入手术相关知识;72.46%认为没必要行冠状动脉介入手术,57.97%的可疑冠心病患者面对手术时的焦虑、恐惧等主观因素是不接受冠状动脉介入手术的主要原因。结论医护人员应帮助患者正确认识、了解并接受冠状动脉介入手术,以帮助患者争取最佳的诊断、治疗疾病的时机。

Investigation and analysis of the reasons for refusing surgery among suspected patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To study the situation of the knowledge about the coronary catheterization and the reasons for refusing surgery among suspected patients with coronary heart disease. Methods With a self - designed questionnaire,69 suspected patients with coronary heart disease were investigated about the reasons for refusing the smgery of the coronary catheterization. Results 59.42% of patients lacked of knowledge of the coronary catheterization. 72.46% of patients believed that coronary cathaterization was unnecessary. The main reasons for 57.97% of patients to refuse the coronary catheterization was the lack of proper understanding,anxiety, fear, and other subjective factors. Conclusion Medical staff should help patients understand correctly and accept coronary catheterization procedures,thus to help patients get the best diagnosis and treatment of diseases in time.
