临床护理路径联合舒适护理在梗阻性黄疸介入治疗中的应用研究

目的:探讨临床护理路径(CNP)联合舒适在梗阻性黄疸介入治疗中的应用效果。方法:将我院接受介入治疗的梗阻性黄疸患者60例随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组给予临床护理路径联合舒适护理措施,评估两者护理效果。结果:观察组患者术前、术后及平均住院天数均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率、患者满意度及健康教育达标率均优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床护理路径联合舒适护理在梗阻性黄疸介入治疗中的应用效果明确,值得应用。

Study on effect of clinical nursing pathways and comfortable nursing in cases with obstructive jaundice during interventional therapy

Objective To investigate the effect of elinieal nursing pathways and comfortable nursing in cases with obstructive jaundice during interventional therapy. Method 60 eases with obstructive jaundice during interventional therapy were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group received the normal nursing, and the observation group received the clinical nursing pathways and comfortable nursing. Results The hospital day before operation and after operation and the average hospital day in the observation group were fewer than those in control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The rate of eomplleatlon, degree of satisfaction and health education up to the standard in the observation group were superior to those in eontrel group, and there were significant difference in them （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of elinieal nursing pathways and comfortable nursing in eases with obstruetive jaundice during interventional therapy is obvious,so it is worth being used.
