| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床疗效。方法:选择子宫肌瘤患者44例,将患者分为两组,试验组23例,对照组21例。对照组患者进行开腹多发性子宫肌瘤剔除,采取传统方法进行手术治疗。试验组患者进行腹腔镜多发性子宫肌瘤剔除,观察患者的临床疗效。结果:试验组患者术中出血量、手术时间、住院时间,均明显低于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜多发性子宫肌瘤剔除术对子宫肌瘤治疗具有非常明显的临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objectlve To investigate the clinical efficacy of uterine myomas.Methods Patients with uterine myoma in 44 cases,the patients were divided into two groups,23 cases of test group,21 cases in the control group.The control group was treated with the open multiple uterine myomectomy, adopt the traditional method of operation treatment.The test group were given laparoscopic multiple uterine myomectomy, observed in patients with clinical efficacy.Results Patients in test group in bleeding volume,operation time,hospitalization time,were significantly lower than those in the control group had significant difference（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy multiple uterine surgery is very significant clinical effect on the treatment ofmyoma of uterus. |
