| 摘 要： | 目的:了解南京栖霞区的部分乳腺癌患者对疾病认知度的状况。方法:对72例乳腺癌患者采用问卷调查方法进行研究。结果:大多乳腺癌患者对疾病的检查治疗缺乏全面完整的认识。37.5%的乳腺癌患者能够定期进行乳房自查,只有不到1/3的人表示清楚进行自检方法,且与文化程度有关。结论:需加大宣教力度,增加乳腺癌的防范意识,普及乳房自我检查知识,提高不同层次患者的相关知识知晓率,对于延长乳腺癌患者生存时间、提高生活质量具有重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the cognition of breast cancer patients in Qixia District in Nanjing.Methods 72 breast cancer patients are involved in the investigation using questionnaire.Results Most of the patients are lack of complete understanding of the effective examination and treatment.Only 3%5% of breast cancer patients could do breast self-examinations regularly, less than a third know well about the methods of self-examinations,which is related to their culture degree.Conclusion More information should be provided to the public intensively to arouse patients＇ awareness of breast cancer.Doctors should promote measures of self-examinations of the breast in order to improve patients＇ relative knowledge with different culture degree,which is quite important ＇for breast cancer patients to prolong their survival time and improve their quality of life. |
