摘    要:目的:探讨扩散式教学在临床见习带教中的效果。方法:采用随机分组的方法将实习生分为实验组和对照组,对照组沿用传统的集中式带教模式,实验组采用扩散式带教模式。两组通过学生总结座谈、学生个别访谈、上级监控部门反馈、问卷作答以及随机提问等方式进行效果评价。结果:扩散式见习带教模式激发了学生的学习热情,和谐师生间的学习氛围,提高了学生学习积极性,发展了学生横向思维能力,明显提高了见习效果。结论:扩散式教学在临床见习带教工作中值得肯定及大力推广。

Trial and evaluation of guided teaching mode on clinical probation

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of the guided teaching mode on clinical probation. Method Interns were randomly der- ided into experimental group and control group. And the control group followed teacher- leading data collection, plan decision ,observation of the common nursing practice , starting the plan, discussion and summation, the traditional centralized teaching mode. While the experi- mental group followed the guided teaching mode that is,intern -forwardly collecting data,control problems asking questions ,making plans, teacher guided starting plans, observing the special care, summaring and discussing,feedback to modify the plan. Then ti~ough summary and discussion,individual interviews, a superior monitoring sector feedback, questionnaire, et al, the effects were evaluated. Results Teaching guided mode can stimulate learning enthusiasm of the students, harmony between teachers and students learning environment, increase students'enthusiasm,develop a lateral thinking ability of students ,mark impact on the training effect. Conclusion Teaching guided model in clinical practice teaching work is worthy of promotion.
