放射治疗联用华蟾素治疗食管癌的疗效分析

目的 :探讨放射治疗同期合并应用华蟾素治疗食管癌的疗效及副反应。方法 :将符合入组条件的 16 0例食管鳞癌患者随机分为 A,B两组。 A组 80例为放疗组 ;B组 80例为放疗 +华蟾素组。放疗方法两组相同。结果 :A组的近期完全缓解率为 35 .0 % ( 2 8/80 ) ,B组的完全缓解率为 5 3.8% ( 4 3/80 ) ,P<0 .0 5。副反应以 WBC计数下降为主 ,进食疼痛和恶心呕吐等两组均无明显差别 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :合并华蟾素放射治疗食管癌近期疗效好于单纯放疗组 ,有临床意义 ;不增加副作用 ,有推广价值。

Healing effects analysis of radiotherapy concomitant with Huachansu on esophageal cancer

Objective: It is to evaluate the healing effects and the side effects of radiotherapy concomitant with Huachansu on esophageal cancer. Methods: The eligible patients with esophageal cancer were divided randomly into group A (Radiotherapy alone) and group B (Radiotherapy and concomitant Huachansu intravenation). There were 80 patients in group A and there were 80 patients in group B. Results: The complete remission (CR) rates in the two groups were 35.0% (28/80) and 53.8% (43/80) respectively (P<0.05). The main side effects were leukopenia, esophageal odynophagia and nausea. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: The instant healing effects of radiotherapy concomitant with Huachansu on esophageal cancer was better than that of radiotherapy alone without increasing the side effects. So Huachansu is valuable to be used in the treatment of esophageal cancer.
