| 摘 要： | 目的 了解缩泉丸对氯氮平所致流涎的疗效。方法 对服用氯氮平后出现流涎副反应患者予以缩泉丸治疗，疗程3周，并在治疗前后用自编的流涎程度量表及TESS、BPRS评定，以观察疗效和副反应。结果 38例，显效8例、有效22例，总有效率为78.9%；TESS、BPRS治疗前后对照无显著差异。结论 缩泉丸治疗氯氮平所致流涎效果较为满意。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo find out the effective of suoquan wan in treating salivation caused by clozapine.Methods38 patients with salivation caused by clozapine were treated with suoquan wan,the period of treatment with suoquan wan is 3 weeks.And then to assess the effect and side effect with TESS,BPRS and the quantity table of salivation degree before and after treatment.Results38 patients take part in the treatment,the significant effective casee is 8 and the effective cases is 22.The efficiency rate is 78.9%.The total scores of TESS and BPRS have no notability difference before and after the treatment.ConclusionThe suoquan wan can be used in treating salivation |
