| 摘 要： | 目的:考察不同类型受虐待儿童的社会信息加工特点。方法:采取方便取样,选取哈尔滨市不同地区的4所普通小学四、五年级全体学生共820人,回收有效问卷775份,用儿童期虐待问卷(Child-hood Trauma Questionnaire-Short Form,CTQ-SF)施测,筛选出从未受虐待的儿童41人为对照组,并设定3个实验组,即情感虐待伴忽视组(EN组)34人,躯体虐待伴忽视组(PN组)40人和躯体情感虐待伴忽视组(EPN组)43人。对4组受试施测社会信息加工结构访谈,以分别测量在同伴情景(同伴加入、同伴激惹)和成人情景(权威、家庭)的清晰和模糊情况下,4组儿童在社会信息加工过程的编码、解释(意图归因)、反应生成(生成反应的数目、性质)、反应评估(人际效能感、工具效能感)各阶段特点。结果:4组儿童在社会信息加工的编码阶段和反应评估阶段差异无统计学意义。但在解释阶段和生成反应阶段4组儿童差异具有统计学意义。在模糊同伴激惹情景下,EPN儿童(55.8%)较正常儿童(22.0%)更多将人物意图归因为敌意(P=0.001);在清晰权威情景下,3个虐待组儿童生成反应的数目均低于对照组儿童[(1.88±0.91),(1.58±0.75),(1.90±0.97)vs.(2.29±0.87),P<0.01]。结论:受虐待儿童的社会信息加工存在缺陷,受多种类型虐待的儿童更为严重。
