| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨大学生心理咨询信任度与其专业求助意向的关系。方法:方便选取274名大学生,使用大学生心理咨询信任度量表(Trust in Counseling Scale,TCS)、社会容认度量表等进行调查。控制认知变量(社会容认度、自我效能感、问题严重性知觉)、咨询经验及人口学变量(性别、人口来源等),分析信任度与大学生专业求助意向的关系。结果:大学生TCS的得分为(7.61±15.92),女生TCS得分高于男生[(8.80±16.04)vs.(5.01±15.42)];信任度与社会容认度及个体求助意向呈正相关(r=0.23,0.30),而与问题严重性知觉呈负相关(r=-0.13);不愿求助者TCS得分低于高求助意愿者[(0.45±15.60)vs.(12.49±13.85),P=0.001]。信任中的"从业者能力"维度可单独解释自我求助意向变异的6%,是解释力最大的因素;可单独解释介绍亲友求助变异的3.5%,解释力仅次于社会容认度。结论:大学生对心理咨询略微倾向于信任,女性的信任度高于男性;信任度对求助意向有显著预测作用,信任度高的个体更倾向于寻求专业帮助。
