| 摘 要： | 目的 观察10例应用兔抗人胸腺细胞球蛋白(r-ATG)联合环孢素A(CsA)治疗儿童再生障碍性贫血的疗效及安全性.方法 回顾性分析我院血液科应用r-ATG联合CsA治疗10例患儿的临床资料.结果 10例患儿的中位年龄为7岁,男女比例为2∶3.6例患儿3个月内获得治疗反应,总反应率80%;目前总有效率为70%.不良反应可...

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the efficacy and side-effects of rabbit antithymocyte globulin (r-ATG) and cyclosporine A (CSA) as the main therapy for 10 cases of childhood aplastic anemia. MethodsTen cases of childhood aplastic anemia treated with r-ATG and CSA were enrolled and reported. ResultsThe median age was 7 years old. The ratio between male and female was 2∶3. No patients died within 2 years. 60% of patients obtained remission in 3 months after immunosuppressive treatment (IST). The overall response rate and the total effective rate were 80% and 70%, respectively. One patient relapsed because of simple herpes virus infection one month after IST. Conclusion r-ATG combined with CSA as the main treatment is a useful and safe therapy for childhood aplastic anemia. |
