摘    要:观察了57例(57只眼)白内障晶体囊外摘除+人工晶体植入术后球结膜下注射5-Fu及地塞米松患者(用药组)与44例(45只眼)对照组患者在3月~2年随访期间发生人工晶体前、后膜形成情况:用药组共发生7只眼(占12.3%),对照组则为29只眼(占64.4%)(P<0.01,经x2检验),从而可以证实人工晶体植入术后球结膜下注射5-Fu和地塞米松,可以有效地抑制人工晶体前、后膜形成。

Abstract:In 101 patients(102 eyes) who underwent extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocualar lens implantation,57 cases(57 eyes) were randomly assigned to receive 5-fluorouracil and dexamethasone postoperatively by injection under bulbar conjunctiva(group 1) while 44 (45 eyes)served as the control group. For 3 months to 2 years, anterior or posterior or both capsule was seen in 7 eyes (12.3%) of group 1 and in 29 eyes(64.4%) of the control group.The result showed that the frequency of capsule formation decreased significantly in group 1,P<0.01, compared with the cont rol group) and indicated that postoperatively administration of 5- fluorouracil and dexamethasone might be the effective way to prevent the formation of capsule.
