| 摘 要： | 观察了５７例（５７只眼）白内障晶体囊外摘除＋人工晶体植入术后球结膜下注射５－Ｆｕ及地塞米松患者（用药组）与４４例（４５只眼）对照组患者在３月～２年随访期间发生人工晶体前、后膜形成情况：用药组共发生７只眼（占１２．３％），对照组则为２９只眼（占６４．４％）（Ｐ＜０．０１，经ｘ２检验），从而可以证实人工晶体植入术后球结膜下注射５－Ｆｕ和地塞米松，可以有效地抑制人工晶体前、后膜形成。

| Abstract: | In 101 patients(102 eyes) who underwent extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocualar lens implantation,57 cases(57 eyes) were randomly assigned to receive 5-fluorouracil and dexamethasone postoperatively by injection under bulbar conjunctiva(group 1) while 44 (45 eyes)served as the control group. For 3 months to 2 years, anterior or posterior or both capsule was seen in 7 eyes (12.3%) of group 1 and in 29 eyes(64.4%) of the control group.The result showed that the frequency of capsule formation decreased significantly in group 1,P<0.01, compared with the cont rol group) and indicated that postoperatively administration of 5- fluorouracil and dexamethasone might be the effective way to prevent the formation of capsule. |
