| 摘 要： | 对比甲状腺腺瘤超声图像特征与病理的关系。方法：对８０例甲状腺腺瘤术前超声图像特征与术后病理变化对照分析。结果：滤泡性甲状腺腺瘤诊断符合率为９２．３％，各型腺瘤的组织结构不同决定了回声强度。结论：腺瘤的声像图表现与病理分类间存在交叉重叠关系。增加了超声病理分型及多源性病灶并存诊断的难暗环并非甲状腺腺瘤特有的征象。

| Abstract: | To compare the ultrasonography with pathology in diagnosing thyroid adeonoma.Method:The preopera- tive sonographic characteristics and pathological changes were compared and analyzed in 80 cases of thyroid adenomas. Results: The di- agnostic accurate rate of follicular thyroid adenomas was 92.31 % (48/52). Echo intensity was determined by the abnormal tissue struc- tures in adenoma. Conclusion:the sonographic characteristics and the pathological classification overlapped. It was difficult to identify pathological types in ultrasonography especially in cases of multi- source masses,the dark ring was not a specific feature of thyroid ad- enomas. |
