婴儿胃扭转48例诊断及治疗

目的 探讨婴儿胃扭转的临床诊断及体位治疗。方法 回顾性分析胃扭转患儿的腹部X线平片胃气囊影的形态变化和／或上消化道造影不同体位的X线表现，总结诊断要点。患儿确诊应详细向家属讲述病情并签定医寒合约，给予正规体位治疗。结果 45例患儿随访3个月-1年，临床均获治愈，无手术病例。结论 婴儿胃扭转根据临床表现结合腹部X线片胃气囊影的形态变化和（或）上消化道造影不同体位的X线表现，均可明确诊断。体位疗法可取得满意疗效。实施体位治疗，因疗程长、显效慢，建议向患儿家长详细讲述病情并签定医患合约。

Diagnosis and treatment of 48 cases of stomach volvulus in little infants

Objective To discuss the clinical diagnosis and treatment of stomach volvulus in little infants(less than 3 months).Methods To summarize and analyze the X-ray character of upper enteron gas-filled supine abdominal plain film retrospectively,and to treat with giving appropriate poise.Results Fifty-five cases of all the 48 cases were diagnosed and cured by following 3-12 months.No case was operated.Conclusion The stomach volvulus in little infants can be diagnosed by the X-ray character of upper enteron,and cured by giving appropriate poise.The process of treatment will be longer.It's advised to tell the state of illress to the infants' parents and make an agreement,because of the long courge of treatment and slow excellence by giving appropriate poise.
