| 摘 要： | 事件相关电位Ｐ３００的靶刺激Ｐ３潜伏期是反映受试者认知功能的一个电生理指标。本研究记录了３５例正常被试和５０例抑郁症患者（按是否服用抗抑郁药分为未服药组１８例和服药组３２例）的听觉事件相关电位Ｐ３００；结果发现：与正常对照组相比，两组抑郁症患者的靶刺激Ｐ３潜伏期不仅明显延长，而且与其ＭＭＳＥ评分呈显著性负相关，提示：Ｐ３潜伏期可以辅助抑郁症患者的认知功能评定。

| Abstract: | study of auditory event-related potentials(AERPs)of 35 normal controls and50 depressed patients(who were divided into 2 subgroups:18 unmedicated and 32 me-dicated)was reported.When compared with the control,both depressed groups presentedsignificantly longer P3 latency(P<0.01).And a significant inverse correlation(p<0.05)was found between P3 latency and the ratings of MMSE for these 2 patientgroups.The results suggested that P3 latency,a major component of P300, may have areferential value on evaluating the cognitive disfunction of depressed patients. |
