正交试验优化复方南蛇藤胶囊水提取工艺

摘    要:目的:优选出复方南蛇藤胶囊的最佳水提工艺.方法:采用正交设计法,通过高效液相色谱法测定卫矛醇和原儿茶酸的含量为指标综合评价,优化提取工艺.结果:最佳水提工艺为加12倍量水,提取3次,每次2h.结论:优选的提取工艺稳定,可行.

Abstract:Objective: To optimize water extraction process of compound Celastrus orbieulatus capsule. Method: Extraction technology was optimized by orthogonal test with the content of dulcitol and protocatechuic acid determined by HPLC as index. Result: Optimum extraction technology was that extracted 3 times with 12 times the amount of water with 2 h each time. Conclusion: Optimized extraction process was scientific, stable and feasible.
