摘    要:目的:优选黄芪桂枝五物汤的提取工艺.方法:用高效液相色谱法分别测定黄芪甲苷、芍药苷.以黄芪甲苷、芍药苷和干浸膏的含量为考察指标,通过正交试验法优选最佳提取工艺.结果:优选得到的工艺为药材加10倍水量浸泡0.5h、煎煮3次、每次煎煮1.5h.结论:最佳提取工艺稳定可行,可作为黄芪桂枝五物汤的提取工艺.

Abstract:Objective: To optimize the extraction technology of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwutang. Method: The content of astragaloside and paeoniflori were determined by HPLC. The optimum extraction condition was investigated by orthogonal design; the content of astragaloside, paeoniflorin and the ratio of dry extraction were regarded as the detection index. Result: The optimum extraction was as follows: soaking in ten times amount of water for half an hour, extracting three times, every time for one and a half hour. Conclusion: The optimum technology was stable and feasible for the extraction of Huangqi Guizhi Wuwutang.
